• *Artichoke Francaise – Egg dipped and fried. Served in a lemon butter and white wine sauce
• *Eggplant Rollatini – Fried eggplant rolled and stuffed with a ricotta cheese filling. Topped with marinara and cheese
• Spiedini  – Mozzerella Corrozza served with an Anchovy Caper Sauce
• Caprese Salad – fresh mozzarella, and tomato with a balsamic glaze
• Fried Calamari – Served with Sweet or Hot Marinara
• *Stuffed Mushrooms – mushrooms stuffed with a seasoned breadcrumb and baked til golden brown
