COURSE ONE: (Choose One)

• *French Onion Soup – Served with gruyere cheese and French baguette
• *Mediterranean Eggplant (Shakshouka) – Roasted Eggplant in a Cherry Tomato Sauce
• Shrimp Tacos – Sautéed Shrimp, mango salsa, lettuce, avocado, chipotle aioli 
• White Wine Mussels – P.E.I. mussels in white wine garlic sauce served with crostini
• *Trio Warm Dip – warm spinach , jalapeño corn & goat cheese dip served with pita bread 
• Prosciutto & Burrata Pizza – Sliced prosciutto di parma, soft burrata, toasted almond, basil, balsamic glaze
• *Pear & Arugula Salad – Toasted walnuts, shaved parmesan, french vinaigrette dressing

COURSE TWO: (Choose One)

• Gnocchi Bolognese – Potato gnocchi in a Beef Ragu Bolognese topped with fresh burrata
• Steak & Fries – 12 Oz NY strip served with fries & peppercorn sauce
• *Penne Arrabiata – Spicy marinara sauce, onion, basil, parmesan

• Branzino Puttanesca – Whole branzino filet with cherry tomato, kalamata, shallots, capers on a bed of butternut squash purée 
• Steak Sandwich – NY strip, sautéed onion, red & yellow peppers, provolone, garlic aioli on ciabatta
• Chicken Portabella – Chicken breast in mushroom sauce, mashed potato, mix veggies
• Merguez Platter – Blended Lamb and Beef Sausage on a Naan Bread served with Fries, Salad and Tzatziki sauce
