• Cuban Sandwich Empanadas – A twist on a classic, roasted pork, swiss cheese, ham served with Cuban Island dressing
• Lanchita de Regla – Fried sweet plantain stuffed with delicious ground beef, topped with melted cheese
• Ceviche de Pescado – Citrus cured fish, kiwi, sweet potato, toasted corn, cilantro, red onion, jalapeno served with crispy taro chips

• Vaca Two Ways – Crispy shredded beef, garlic and onions, paired with braised shredded beef in a creole sauce, served with rice, beans, sweet plantains.
