• *Gratinée à l’Oignon: French onion soup with Gruyère cheese and toasted bread.
• *Endive au Roquefort: Endive salad with blue cheese, apple, grapes, and caramelized walnuts.
• *Toast de Chèvre: Bucheron cheese on warm multigrain toast with figs, walnuts, and a maple syrup drizzle.
• Tuna Tartare: Fresh tuna tartare with avocado puree, lemon ginger vinaigrette, and tortilla chips.

ENTRÉES: (Choose One)

• Moules Frites: Steamed mussels in your choice of white wine, tomato, or cream sauce, served with French fries.
• Paillard de Poulet: Baked breaded organic chicken breast with mixed greens, lemon and caper sauce, and mashed potatoes.
• *La Margarita: Tomato, fresh mozzarella, extra virgin olive oil, and basil pizza.
• Saumon Grillé: Grilled salmon with saffron sauce, spinach, and mashed potatoes
